Sometimes I want to stand against my beliefs, because following them is not always easy. Destruction and crazy blaming on ones behavior has never been effective. Being just right, but unhappy, does not make sense or better changes to our lives.
The answer always is harmony and balance on beliefs and actual thing that can be done for them. There was a time when I wanted to become a vegan. And I found myself absolutely distracted from normal life feeling. I obviously did not felt well, so i throw away this idea and returned being simple, happy vegetarian with toast with a cheese on my breakfast. Actually I did not wanted to become a vegan, I just simply wanted to change something in my life, standards - make them higher and prettier to world's environmental, climate and food problems. So to remake my life and standards in another way I got involved in the local, biological farmers' food chain, which meant that once per week farmers send their goods for us - consumers, who make their lists 4-5 days before. The best thing of this chain are fresh, healthy, biological food, option to support our own farmers and buy local - less impact on climate.
What I wanted to say with this - you not always has to change habits drastically, just turn them a bit better and don't be afraid of changes (maybe you will like vegan kitchen? :))
